Comment 3 Simeon Pinder 2013-10-08 07:52:43 UTC
Moving into ER04 as not completed in ER03.

Comment 4 Jay Shaughnessy 2013-10-14 17:40:16 UTC
I'm not sure but this looks like it may have been due to running rhqctl from a non-administrator command window on Windows. Even if logged in as a user with Admin privileges you still need to start the command window "Run as Administrator" (at least on Win7).

Viet, could this be the issue?

Comment 5 Simeon Pinder 2013-10-24 04:16:20 UTC
Moving to ER05 as missed the cutoff for ER04.

Comment 6 Viet Nguyen 2013-10-25 14:49:24 UTC
Indeed that's the issue. I wasn't aware of the Run as Administrator step.

Comment 7 Jay Shaughnessy 2013-10-25 15:44:36 UTC
OK, great. Closing as NOTABUG. We already have doco for this so we should be good to go.

Comment 8 Mike Foley 2013-10-25 17:19:51 UTC
re-purposing this as a doc bug for sunny-dee based on jay's comments.

Comment 9 Heiko W. Rupp 2013-10-26 11:27:23 UTC
Now with being a doc bug, we don't need it in the ER5 payload.

Comment 10 Deon Ballard 2014-01-24 17:47:04 UTC
This is now step #1 for installing the server on Windows:
