Description of problem:
When building tigervnc in rawhide I get this:

checking for XWAYLAND... no
./configure: line 28669: syntax error near unexpected token `'$(top_srcdir)/hw/xfree86/xwayland''
./configure: line 28669: `      WAYLAND_SCANNER_RULES('$(top_srcdir)/hw/xfree86/xwayland')'

Works fine in Fedora 20.

xorg-x11-server-source-1.14.3-2.fc21

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Build tigervnc in rawihde.

This was fixed at some point, but now there's a new build failure. I'll open another bug report for that.
