Description of problem:

My usecase is: I have important metric on dashboard. I find out there is suspect value of metric, so I need to look at more metrics or details of given resource to make sure everyting is ok. Now, I have to find my resource manually.

It would be nice if I could navigate to given resource/metric directly from Resource metric graph portlet

Moving to unspecified target milestone as only JON 3.2.0 'blockers'(https://url.corp.redhat.com/bz-jon32-blockers-list-notmodified-nodocs) will make it into subsequent builds after ER5.

    [1014669] RFE: Link to particular metric from Resource Metric graph portlet
    Added the resource name as a link in the Portlet window title, so it's now
    possible to link back.
    - also made analogous fix for group metric graph portlet
    - also fixed additional issue with graph disappearing on maximize/minimize
