Description of problem:

When a user of RHSC is assigned with permissions to manipulate volumes tries to delete a volume, the user is not allowed to do so. The action fails with an error that the user is not authorized to perform this action.

"Error while executing action: User is not authorized to perform this action."

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a role with permissions to create and manipulate volumes.
2. Assign this role to a user.
3. Login as that user, create a volume and try to delete it.

Actual results:
User is not allowed to remove the volume.

Expected results:
User should be allowed to delete the volume as removing a volume is part of manipulation.

Now a separate check-box has been added for delete permission. If a user wants to delete a volume he must be given this permission.

Verified as fixed in Red Hat Storage Console Version: 2.1.2-0.22.master.el6_4. A checkbox is seen with the delete volume permission under 'Configure Volumes'. When a user is provided this permission, the user can delete a volume.

It would be better to remove "all permission", as user with all permission will have manipulate permission also. So it would be more apt to have doc_text as follows:
