Previously, VDSM failed to refresh the list of images for a local ISO domain. Now, the local ISO domain refreshes after files are deleted from it or copied to it.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.during engine-setup create Local ISO DOMAIN (use default)
2.Attach the ISO_DOMAIN to the new created DC
3.Upload some files using rhevm-iso-iploader, or copy manually to /var/lib/exports/iso
> rhevm-iso-uploader -i ISO_DOMAIN upload /usr/share/virtio-win/virtio-win.iso
4. Delete the uploaded files

Actual results:
Webadmin, Engine & VDSM gives error, 
Webadmin error: Refresh image list failed for domain(s): ISO_DOMAIN (All
file type). Please check domain activity. 

Expected results:
Should refresh & update on current list (Should be empty)

Please, retest it with kernel 2.6.32-428.el6.x86_64 which is already available.

is 24.2. Local ISO domain refreshes after files being deleted from it or copied to it.
