Within the advanced partitioning dialog, there is a button called 'update settings' which is available after changes have been made.

In the German translation this is described as 'Aktualisierungseinstellungen' which means something completely different. I would suggest to translate it with 'Änderungen übernehmen' or 'Einstellungen aktualisieren'.
