Doc Text:	Cause: Internationalization library ICU supports larger set of locales than 389-ds-base declares for the collation. Consequence: Some locales were not available which had been able to be. Fix: Added a set of locals which are supported the latest ICU. Result: Locales supported by the latest ICU are available on 389-ds-base.	Story Points:	---

TET Indexing tp3 picks up the locales from slapd-collations.conf and tries one by one.  So, if the testcase passes, you could mark verified.
