Description of problem:
Just as books can have custom legal notices and feedback topics, not all books include the preface section. There should be a way to disable the inclusion of the preface.

Not sure if this is a UI or csprocessor item.

[Perhaps such an option already exists but I couldn't find info in the CCMS handbook.]

Added in 1.7-SNAPSHOT build 201405300948

I've added the "Default Preface" metadata element which takes a value of "On" or "Off" with the default being "On".

When this option is set to "Off" then the default preface won't be included in the built book.

Confirmed that "Default Preface = Off" disables the default preface, "Default Preface = On" or no "Default Preface" setting enables it, and that setting something to "Default Preface" other than off or on reverts to an off setting.
