When I click the Dashboard->Business Dashboard, I see "404 page" (Attached the screen shot).

Should the correct link to be http://localhost:8080/dashbuilder ?

Fixed. The corrent link is: "http://localhost:8080/dashbuilder/workspace/<locale>/showcase" which opens the Dashbuilder default showcase in the current user locale.
