Description of problem:
Following string in rhn-client-tools need to be polished:

* TUI rhn_register:

This system has already been registered with RHN Classic/Red Hat Satellite
using Red Hat certficate-based technology.

The tool you are using is attempting to re-register
using Red Hat Satellite or Red Hat Proxy technology. Red Hat recommends
(except in a few cases) that customers only register with
Red Hat Satellie once.
