Description of problem:
When navigating the subtab menus of the Group Monitoring tabs the page refresh eventually becomes confused.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.2 ER03


How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on an autogroup say CPUs
2. click on monitoring tab 
3. click around between subtabs (Graphs, Metrics, Graphs)

Actual results:
Graph page becomes blank


Expected results:
Page should refresh automatically.


Additional info:
Workaround: Just click a Date range like 12h and the page will refresh.

I have added a listener for the subtab events such that graphs can properly refresh for subtab navigation.
