Description of problem:
remove quota consumer dialog is stuck -> needs to refresh application + can't remove consumers.

How reproducible:
100%

Trying on is20
1) Added consumer to quota
2) Remove consumer, appear pop up with message "Are you sure you want to remove the following items?", but it no any buttons on pop up, and also exit button(x) not working, so the only one possibility it to restart webadmin page.
