Title: About Role Membership

Describe the issue:

1. "A user is considered to be assigned to a role if: ... The user is [not]: ... is a member of a group that is listed ..."

Suggestions for improvement:

1. "A user is considered to be assigned to a role if: ... The user is [not]: ... a member of a group that is listed ..."

Just skip the beginning "is" in both cases of "is a member of a group that is listed..."

Additional information:

Once again, I didn't want to file a new bug because of one typo, but that's all I found in this subchapter :-)
