OpenJDK (>=7) supports various ECC algorithms as indicated in http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/security/SunProviders.html#SunEC

These should be enabled in Fedora packages now.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
