Description of problem:
When adding description of waivers in Errata Workflow: RPMdiff, TCMS ignores large comments. No error message is shown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a 24k text file
2. copy paste file to Comment section in a run

Actual results:
No error is shown, comment is not saved

Expected results:
Comment saved, or if is completely infeasible, error saying that the entered comment is too long.
