Description of problem:
Stop Rebalance button does not get disabled  once rebalance is complete.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-2.1.2-0.0.scratch.beta1.el6_4.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a distribute volume.
2. start the volume and run rebalance.
3. Click on the rebalance status button.
4. wait till (completed) text comes in the status dialog.

Actual results:
Once the completed text gets append to the Status At field, stop rebalance should be disabled. But until and unless the dialog is closed and reopened again, it does not get disabled.

Expected results:
Once rebalance is completed in all the noded and the completed text gets appended to the status at field, stop rebalance should be disabled.
