Description of problem:
Cancel button is not working in the stop rebalance dialog box.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-2.1.2-0.0.scratch.beta1.el6_4.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a distribute replicate volume and start rebalance on the volume.
2. Once rebalance is started, click on the status button from the drop down.
3. Now from the status dialog click on the Stop rebalance button.
4. When it asks for confirmation click on cancel.

Actual results:
1) Clicking on canel results closing of status dialog box.
2) Again clicking on cancel does not close the stop rebalance dialog box.


Expected results:
Clicking on cancel should close the confrimation dialog of stop rebalance and not status rebalance.

Another related issue,

1) Start rebalance on ther volume.
2) Once rebalance is started, click on the stop button from the drop down menu in the activities column.
3) It opens up a stop rebalance dialog box.
4) click on cancel.

Actual Results : clicking on cancel does not close the stop rebalance dialog box.

Expected Results : clicking on cancel should close the stop rebalance dialog box.

Verified in build CB6. (rhsc-2.1.2-0.22.master.el6_4.noarch).

In this build clicking on the cancel button on the stop rebalance dialog closes the stop dialog box , and does not stop the rebalance operation.
