Description of problem:

when I upload puppet module with extra dash in version (for example https://forge.puppetlabs.com/puppetlabs/openstack/2.2.0-rc1) to repository
then its name, author and version are mixed up:

> repo content_upload --org puppy --repo puppet-repo --product product --content_type puppet --filepath /tmp/puppetlabs-openstack-2.2.0-rc1.tar.gz
> puppet_module info --id 6304d190-5c19-48b3-a23a-665c0b91fcd1 --org puppy --repo puppet-repo --product product

should be:
