Description of problem:
The Wandboard requires kernel-3.11.6-301.fc20 for working serial console in Fedora 20 Beta. Requested FE.

kernel-3.11.6-301.fc20 was tested on all arm platforms with no regression.

Discussed at 2013-10-23 freeze exception review meeting: http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2013-10-23/f20-blocker-review.2013-10-23-16.00.log.txt . Accepted as a freeze exception issue: this is significant missing functionality in a supported ARM platform.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to, then reboot.
