Description Spenser Shumaker 2013-10-25 19:51:04 UTC
This is a request from the support engineers:

When creating a new case the user must be able to specify a severity.

When modifying an existing case the user must be able to specify a severity and change case state

Comment 2 Shai Revivo 2013-11-07 07:19:51 UTC
This bug was fixed and is slated to be in the upcoming version. As we are focusing our testing at this phase on severe bugs, this bug was closed without going through its verification step.
