dmesg output at cold boot

Description of problem:
Network is not working at cold boot

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.11.0-300.fc20.x86_64
3.8 Ubuntu kernels
3.12.0-999-generic_3.12.0-999.201310260405_amd64.deb (daily build kernel)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cold boot
2. Ethernet LAN is not working (no connection), so do reboot
3. LAN connects successfully

Actual results:
No network connection after cold boot, but works after reboot.

Expected results:
Network connection at cold boot must be working.

Additional info:
Using Asrock E350M1 mainboard.

I just updated the mainboard firmware and the issue is gone.
