Please update when possible to the new version 3.91
actual version 3.09 is distributed.

I think I'll keep this to f20+, unless there's a specific bug 3.91 fixes that you're hitting.

Package upx-3.91-1.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing upx-3.91-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
