Description of problem:
Can't create more than 1 local storage domain with the same path. blocked by engine's validation.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create local SD on host A with path xxx
2. create another SD on host B with path xxx


Actual results:
fails on ACTION_TYPE_FAILED_STORAGE_CONNECTION_ALREADY_EXISTS

Additional info:
There is another issue, if the operation fails (i.e AddStorageServerConnectionCommand fails), the record isn't being deleted from the SD connections table (that's how I managed to come across this bug).

Can this fix be included in 3.3.1 release?
Can this therfore be added as a blocker for the release tracker bug?

It is merged to the ovirt-engine-3.3 branch. Once 3.3.1 will be created, it should be there.

Creation of 2 local storage domains residing on different data centers from 2 different hosts with the same storage connection path was done without any issue.

Checked on is23
rhevm-3.3.0-0.33.beta1.el6ev.noarch
vdsm-4.13.0-0.8.beta1.el6ev.x86_64

I can confirm that this works after upgrading from ovirt-engine 3.3.1 to 3.3.1-2
