Description of problem:
[RFE] It would be better if pop-up warning info if user did not select any nic when configure bond.

As we know, the user needs select one nic at least when configure bond, but actually, bonding still can be configured even if user did not choose any nic.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install rhevh-6.5-20131024.1.0
2. Enter network page.
3. Create bond without any nic.
4. Click save button.

Actual results:
Bond is successfully configured even if user did not choose any nic.

Expected results:
It would be better if pop-up warning info if user did not select any nic when configure bond.
