Hwcert-catalog system is complaining errors when creating hardware cert.

Here's the error message:

How to reproduce:

click "Hardware Catalog Home" -> click "Create" on leftsider -> input the required fields and click "CONTINUE" -> click "SUBMIT" to save -> the above errors will be reported
