Description of problem:
Open any test plan, Quantity of cases in 'Cases' label isn't correspond with cases in the list below, after user set cases in 'Reviewing Cases' to 'CONFIRMED'. Quantity in 'Cases' label is refreshed, but the cases below aren't refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any test plan, which has cases of any status. 
2.Set cases in 'Reviewing Cases' to 'CONFIRMED'.
3.Check 'Cases' label.

Actual results:
Quantity of cases in 'Cases' label isn't correspond with cases in the list below. Quantity in 'Cases' label is refreshed, but the cases below aren't refreshed. 

Expected results:
Quantity of cases in 'Cases' label is correspond with cases in the list below.

Verify 3.8.5 on qa server --> PASS
