Description of problem:
There is a specific case in which you cannot remove a selected fact pattern when it is selected. You have to select another fact pattern and reselect the original one in such a case. If you have no other fact pattern added, you have to add another one first. See the steps below for this specific case.

BPMS 6.0 ER4


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start creating a new GDT via the Wizard.
2. Add a fact pattern, (optional - choose a binding).
3. Add a constraint to it, (optional - fill in the required fields).
4. Add an action to update the fact, (optional - fill in the required information for the updated field).
5. Go to Add Fact Pattern section and try to remove the added fact pattern.
6. Dismiss the pop-up.
7. Per the pop-up warning, remove the action to update that fact.
8. Go back to Add Fact Pattern section.


Actual results:
The added fact pattern is selected but the button for removing it is disabled. The fact pattern cannot be removed without some workaround actions.


Expected results:
The fact pattern can be removed rightaway.
