Description of problem:

In the spec file it appears that this package has a test suite but closer look at the source code shows that test cases are nowhere to be found. According to devel:

(15,19,23) vpodzime: there is no test suite at this point


Justification:
Initial-setup will be a replacement for firstboot and there are over 1000 bugs reported against firstboot across different releases of RHEL and Fedora.

This one was originally Devel NAK Capacity and that was cleared and changed to devel_ack+ for reasons I cannot recall.

We do not have capacity for this one in 7.1.  Closing the bug.  It should be addressed upstream first before RHEL.
