Description of problem:
Filtering events by time using the "Search:" box results in events the date of which does not match the requested date.

rhevm-webadmin-portal-3.2.4-0.44.el6ev

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In webadmin portal choose the "Events" tab.
2. In the "Search:" bar enter a filter which includes "time" criteria and click on the magnifying glass to apply the filter.
e.g. "Events:message = *swap* and time = tuesday"


Actual results:
Time of displayed events does not match the requested time in the search bar.

Expected results:
Time of displayed events matches the requested time in the search bar.

result for search with time parameter matches requested time.
