verified on the build glusterfs-3.4.0.43rhs-1, It works fine now. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Description of problem: geo-rep checkpoint says checkpoint completed even before even reaching the checkpoint. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):glusterfs-3.4.0.37rhs-1 How reproducible:Happens everytime Steps to Reproduce: 1.create and start a geo-rep relationship between master and slave 2.create some data on master and let it sync to slave. 3.set the checkpoint and it will say completed 4.Now create some 1000 files on master, and set the checkpoint again. 5.Check the status. Actual results: The checkpoint says completed even before checkpoint reached. Expected results: It shouldn't say completed until the checkpoint is reached.
