Description of problem:
When using gnome-software to install new software it shows installed software unchecked (not installed).

How reproducible:
High/Easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open gnome-software
2. Search for gimp
3. Check gimp to install
4. Click "Apply changes"
5. After it's done installing gimp, search for something else that will also show gimp as a result. For example search for photo
6. Look through results and gimp will be unchecked as if it's not installed.

Actual results:
Gimp shows unchecked as if it's not installed.

Expected results:
Gimp should be checked showing that it is installed already.

Additional info:
Even though gimp is showing unchecked as if it's not installed it is actually installed. And will allow you to check it again to install it again.

This works with gnome-software-3.13.4-2.fc21.x86_64 as of Fedora 21; tested by installing gthumb then immediately running searches that would return it, it was correctly shown as installed.

hughsie confirms the fix is not backportable to F20, so that's the best we can do; sorry! It will work from F21 onwards.
