Description of problem:
Setup does not detect postgres version correctly. Doesn't use createlang on pgsql 8.7.4. message appears in log.

Targeting to 3.3.1 assuming reports package has not been built yet (can't find it in beta repository yet).

oVirt 3.3.1 has been released (if I'm wrong about this included in 3.3.1 please move back to modified and re-target for 3.3.2)
