The list of installed applications look cluttered if the appdata description has
an a <ul></ul>.

every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start gnome-software and select 'installed'

Actual results:
Looks cluttered

Expected results:
Looks fine

Additional info:
Gnome-software should use only the first <p></p> in the list or maybe the summary from the appdata file

Newer versions of appdata-validate have a style check to ensure the lists isn't shown in the header. You just need to add more paragraph content before the bullets in yumex.
