I can see you also filed bug 1026058 (for firefox), which seems similar to this one. Though neither bug's description is very clear to me.

What exactly do you mean by "Flash material work delayed as his run"? Does it take a long time to start a Flash animation? How long? And once it is started, does it play normally? Can you give us an URL at which the bug can be demonstrated?

Well, sounds like a bug in flash. Please file against Flash upstream. Closing.
