Description of problem:

/usr/bin/filan on all architectures uses function gethostbyname
/usr/bin/procan on all architectures uses function gethostbyname
/usr/bin/socat on all architectures uses function gethostbyname

Socat build process falls back to gethostbyname() only when neither getaddrinfo() nor getipnodebyname() are available.
