Description of problem:
Using anaconda text installation, one can create user without username by simply not providing it. Then one is not forced to provide root password and can proceed with installation. At the end of installation, it prints some errors (it cannot create home directory for user with no username) and after reboot, gnome initial experience (fully in GUI, not in text).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot anaconda text installer.
2. Add user, give him password, admin rights (wheel group) but no username.
3. Continue with installation.

Actual results:
It shows as if it wasn't problem. One don't have to provide root password.

Expected results:
It should inform user that username is missing.

Additional info:
It isn't really problem with simple text install, because gnome initial experience is run on the first boot, but when I tested it with serial console, it booted into login screen (but I didn't have any username to login to and I didn't set up root password).

The user spoke now rejects empty usernames.
