Description of problem:
jansi fails to build from source. A scratch build from the rhel-7.0 branch fails with:

This will need jansi-native rebuild as well (which will likely happen for aarch64 support anyway). 

Jansi-native will need to enable attached artifacts as well because they are not installed by default now
