Description of problem: RHEL 6.5 beta includes Augeas 1.0.0, which causes dependency problems when using RHEL OpenStack Platform 3.0

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): augeas-0.9.0

The solution is to update the augeas package in RHEL EOpenStack Platform to match up.
