Description of problem:

update of selinux policy prevents GDM login screen from showing. Reboot into rescue mode and changing to permissive mode allows startup. Had to yum downgrade selinux-policy*.

selinux-policy-3.12.1-74.12.fc19.noarch

How reproducible:
every boot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. update to selinux-policy-3.12.1-74.12.fc19.noarch in updates testing
2. reboot
3.

Actual results:
no GDM 

Expected results:
GDM login screen should show

This looks like a duplicate of #1028532 that have the issue with lightdm
