Description of problem: Extensions do not start up, the Home page does not start and the bookmarks tool bar does not display at startup.

To work around this problem I have to disable and enable the extensions manually. Click on the Home button. Select View/Toolbars and untick teh bookmarks and then retick.

I have tested disabling all extensions and plugins.
