Description of problem:

  When 'Bricks' sub tab is not active, remove brick related actions in volumes
tab is not working.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:

  Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Bricks sub tab
2. Select few  bricks and start removing them
3. Switch to genera sub tab
4. Now click 'Stop' action in the volumes activity column menu. 


Actual results:

  Stop Remove brick pop up will come without any items in it and you can't close the pop.

Expected results:

    Stop  Remove brick  confirmation pop up should open with list of bricks selected for removal also ok button should stop the remove brick.

Additional info:

  This problem happens for all the actions in volume tab when bricks sub tab is not active.

Verified as fixed in cb8

Stop Remove brick confirmation pop up now opens with list of bricks selected for removal and also OK button stops the remove brick operation.
