Description of problem:
When exporting a diskless vm that has memory snapshots, the memory snapshots volumes aren't being exported


Steps to Reproduce:
export a vm with a disk attached that has snapshots with memory.

Actual results:
the tasks of copying the memory volumes are never being pollled/clreared, causing the command to potentially end before the export was ended and leave tasks on the spm.


Expected results:
tasks of copying the memory volumes should be polled and cleared.

verified using is24.1

created VM with disk
ran it
snapshot with memory
power off VM
export, 
check tasks are cleaned. (using "vdsClient -s 0 getAllTasks")
