Description of problem:
When I live resize virtual VM disk, I don't see the size change on the guest.
Engine reports that the virtual disk size is the new size, but the actual size remains the same.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vdsm-4.13.0-0.7.beta1.el6ev.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
On a block pool
1. create a VM with disk and install OS (RHEL)
2. edit VM disk and add 2G to the disk while the VM is running and the disk is plugged
3. run lsblk command on guest and check if the disk got extended

Actual results:

lvextend on vdsm:

867330ec-7948-44f5-afbe-919e9ff7b78e::DEBUG::2013-11-12 11:51:26,521::lvm::309::Storage.Misc.excCmd::(cmd) '/usr/bin/sudo -n /sbin/lvm lvextend --config " devices { preferred_names = [\\"^/dev/mapper/\\"] ignore_s
uspended_devices=1 write_cache_state=0 disable_after_error_count=3 obtain_device_list_from_udev=0 filter = [ \'a|/dev/mapper/3514f0c54d5c0000d|\', \'r|.*|\' ] }  global {  locking_type=1  prioritise_write_locks=1

Only when we unplug the disk and plug it again, we will see the disk size change on the guest.

Expected results:
Live disk resize should work
