cinnamon panel should contain fedora logo

Description of problem:

Hi,

seems like for some reason cinnamon panel lost fedora logo and using some cogwheel as a fallback. See similar problem on XFCE Bug 445986

I can't fix it as it no longer uses gsettings.

It's still selectable by the user in cinnamon-settings applets menu configure.
I'm not going to overwrite the supplied icon (brand) as this would prevent other project like kororra from distributing it.
