Description of problem:
On products/enterprise/features-and-benefits page, when setting width of browser bigger than 768px, there exists a large piece of blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to community and go to products/enterprise/features-and-benefits
2. Set the width of browser bigger than 768px and check the page
3. 

Actual results:
When setting width of browser bigger than 768px, there exists a large piece of blank.

Expected results:
The content of page should be compact.

Moved the benefits estimator to the top to fill the blank space, fixed this in PROD and STG, will be pushed to INT and devenvs after the next db dump.

Test on PROD and STG, benefits estimator is on the blank space. Waiting for latest devenv to check it.
