brightness changes before and after closing laptop lid

lenovo t61 with two monitors

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
I have lapton with two monitor:

1. set up "brightness" to max on laptop lid
2. then I close laptop, the second monitor change the resolution only to itself
3. open laptop and there is brightness set to the lowest on laptop lid


Actual results:
There are different brightness on the laptop lid before and after its closing

Expected results:
There are the same brightness on the laptop lid

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
