Description of problem:
Go to web console and access to a 404 page. Check button at right corner on 404 page. The "SIGN IN" should be "MY APPS", since we have already logged in, no need to be asked sign in again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to web console and access 404 page
2. Check account info at right corner on 404 page
3. 

Actual results:
"SIGN IN" button is placed at right corner on 404 page.

Expected results:
"MY APPS" should be shown at right corner on 404 page.
