remove title bar in fullscreen patch

Description of problem:

This patch removes the titlebar in fullscreen mode. This brings evolution's behaviour in line with the precedent set by nautilus.

Thanks for a bug report, though this isn't a Fedora specific issue, thus it should be discussed upstream [1]. I'm also not sure if evolution really wants to be the same as Nautilus, but that's why you might open the request upstream, rather than here. I see a coding style issue in the patch too (wrong indentation, there might be a tab, not several spaces).
