Description of problem:
In the editor, if the selected row has a long source comment, the comment is shown by default but is truncated. Clicking the comment expands the view of metadata for the text flow, which includes the full text of the source comment, but the truncated comment in the title is bold and holds attention, which can make it easy to miss the full text below.

The comment in the title should expand to show the full text when the metadata panel is expanded so that a user clicking on the source comment can continue reading without having to search for a different piece of text.
