Doc Text:	After a system was upgraded from 3.1 to 3.3, the ovirt user could not write to the log file because the file was previously owned by the root user. Consequently, the rhevm-dwh service failed to start. The log permissions are now correctly updated so the ovirt user can write to the log file.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
The system was upgraded from 3.1 to 3.3.
The dwh service failed to start due to user permission problem to write to log file(the user is ovirt, but the old log has root owner)

This bug is currently attached to errata RHEA-2013:15116. If this change is not to be documented in the text for this errata please either remove it from the errata, set the requires_doc_text flag to

upgraded from si29.4 to sf22 to is26


# service ovirt-engine-dwhd status
/etc/init.d/ovirt-engine-dwhd is running (pid 26522)

# ls -ltr /var/log/ovirt-engine/ovirt-engine-dwhd.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 ovirt root 424900 Dec  8 21:56 /var/log/ovirt-engine/ovirt-engine-dwhd.log
